The hotel's location was great, close to the city center which made everything easily accessible. The room was tidy and provided a comfortable stay. the room had some great amenities that added to the overall experience.
The front desk staff was not the most welcoming, and the room with the promised view was not delivered. the front desk staff insisted on charging full price despite previously agreeing on a reduced fee for early check-in.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the center, making it easy to explore the city. the rooms are clean and comfortable with necessary amenities. the bathroom was tidy with basic toiletries. Not to mention, this hotel provides excellent value for money.
The service was disappointing. the front desk staff was unfriendly and unwelcoming.
